Dr. Ensiyeh Rahimi is an Infectious Diseases Specialist with over 10 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of infectious diseases in tertiary referral hospitals and outpatient settings.

She has extensive experience in managing a wide range of infectious diseases, from common community-acquired infections to complex and hospital-acquired infections.

Her clinical expertise includes respiratory tract infections such as common cold, influenza, COVID-19, pneumonia, bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, and sinusitis; urinary tract infections; skin and soft tissue infections including cellulitis, abscesses, wound infections, and complicated skin infections; diabetic foot infections; sexually transmitted infections (STIs); HIV prevention and management; viral hepatitis; tuberculosis; fungal infections; and antimicrobial-resistant infections.

Dr. Rahimi has a special interest in antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention and control, adult vaccination, travel medicine, and preventive infectious diseases. She provides evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on accurate diagnosis, appropriate antimicrobial therapy, and prevention of infectious diseases.
